Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:- Cancellation requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation session will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by Shout To Learn: We reserve the right to cancel a consultation session if there are unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, unavailability of the consultant, or any other reason. In such cases, users will be offered the option to reschedule the session or receive a full refund.
Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for eligible cancellations in accordance with our cancellation policy. Refunds are processed within [7] business days from the date of approval.2.
